My account got hacked

If someone else got access to your account, do the following steps as fast as you can:

  1. Access your account's settings and fill out all the information properly in order to change the password;
  2. Click on the checkbox to confirm termination of all active sessions and blocking of API keys;

Consider the Following:

  1. You can change your password only in case you signed up via email and password;
  2. Never use the same emails and password for different websites and for the website https://5sim.net;
  3. Double-check if your data was exposed at https://haveibeenpwned.com;
  4. Scan your device for malware;
  5. Ensure your security when using proxies or VPN—especially if you are working with the deprecated API1, where an API key is presented as an unencrypted URL string;
